Recent events in the Middle East have resulted in the temporary closure of airspace across parts of the region.
We are currently working through impacted bookings in priority order.
If you are due to travel in the next day or two and:
• Your destination is in the Middle East, or
• You are transiting through the Middle East
Please be assured that we are reviewing departures in date order and will contact you directly should your travel plans be affected.
Priority will be given to customers with immediate departures.
With aircraft currently out of position, further knock-on disruption is likely over the coming days.
You may find it useful to monitor your airline booking on the ‘manage my booking’ section on the airlines website; this can usually be accessed by using your 6 digit alpha-numeric airline booking reference and your surname on most airline sites.
We also recommend monitoring official UK Foreign Office travel advice and subscribing to updates for your specific destination, as this remains a fast-moving situation. https://www.gov.uk/…/foreign-office-travel-advice-updates
We will continue to monitor the situation as it evolves and will update you accordingly.
Thank you for your patience and understanding during this time.
